I spent a lot of time behind a computer screen and for years I’ve been using normal reading glasses and now that I have blue screen glasses I have noticed that after working behind the screen for several hours,and taking my glasses off, my eyes adjust much faster to ‘normal’ and are not as tired. I’ve also noticed that I do not have to use my reading glasses as much for other things.
